VIRGINIA CITY, Nevada. February, 1999. Snow fell on the mountains and official reports to the rest of the nation called it "four feet fell in two days" near Lake Tahoe (the Eastern media doesn't often remember where Virginia City is located). Locals report however, that this "is an understatement...More like seven! Ten in some places."
